2180-MAG is a premium-grade soluble oil containing polar lubricity agents and chlorine EP additives. The emulsifier system in this product is designed to be stable at very high water hardness. This feature makes this product ideally suited for use in magnesium and aluminum machining. This lubricant can be used on a variety of machining operations, and light to moderate drawing and stamping. Foam, bacteria, and fungus are inhibited.
2190-AXX is a general-purpose machining and grinding lubricant. 2190-AXX will not dry tacky, has excellent hard water solubility, is low-foaming, and contains additives to inhibit corrosion and bacterial growth. This soluble oil can be used in grinding operations at dilutions of 5%.
2795 represents a new chemistry in the selection of commercially available machining coolants. 2795 is a chlorine-free, premium-grade soluble oil containing polar lubricity agents. This lubricant can be used in a variety of machining operations, from light to moderate drawing and stamping. Hard water salts, foam, bacteria, and fungus are inhibited.
2795-C is a premium-grade soluble oil containing extreme pressure additives and polar lubricity agents. This lubricant can be used on a variety of machining operations, from light to moderate drawing and stamping. Hard water salts, bacteria, and fungus are inhibited. Recommended for use in ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
RP-2012 Corprotect 2012 is a water-extendable corrosion inhibitor intended for use on ferrous parts, which are stored in doors. Corrosion protection results may be controlled by the dilution concentration in water. Long-term (2 years plus) corrosion protection may be achieved by using 2012 at dilutions of 30% or greater. Short-term (1 to 6 months) protection may be achieved at dilutions of 5% to 10%. Since, 2012 is applied with water, it is important to allow the water to evaporate before packaging parts in a sealed container. 2012 can be used in dilutions of 5%- 30%.
