Tube Mill & Roll form coolant has superior cooling and wetting properties that produce excellent tool life and surface finish. RLM 4105 is formulated with wetting properties for chip settling in grinding and light-duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product has a long sump life and RP package for tube mill operations. Very efficient at rejecting tramp oil. Typical use dilutions are 3% to 10% depending on the severity of the application.
RLM 2021 represents a new chemistry in the selection of commercially available machining coolants. 2021 is an EP-containing premium-soluble coolant that contains polar lubricity agents. This lubricant can be used on a variety of heavy-to-medium tube mill operations on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Hard water salts, foam, bacteria, and fungus are inhibited.
RLM 3600 is a semi-synthetic Tube Mill and roll-forming coolant with superior cooling and wetting properties that result in longer roll & wheel life. This product has excellent lubricity and extreme pressure (EP) additives, which allow for use on aluminum. This product is designed to provide excellent corrosion protection for up to 60 to 90 days of indoor storage.

Corprotect 1500C-5 deposits a complex polar film that is light and oily, inhibiting staining and the formation of both red and white rust due to metal-to-metal contact in the presence of moisture and effectively protecting metal parts exposed to acid fume environments. It displaces water suppresses fingerprint corrosion and protects metal surfaces for medium to long-term indoor storage. The residual film is easily removed with mild alkaline cleaners, vapor degreasing or simple solvent wash systems and will not interfere with subsequent processing such as cleaning, phosphating, adhesive bonding, welding or painting.
